A Clear Four-Step Process

1. Submit a Consultation Request

Complete the online consultation form with your business information, support needs, preferred contact method, and package interest.

2. Discuss Your Business Needs

WiseLane reviews your request and follows up using your preferred contact method. We discuss your priorities, current processes, desired start date, and the type of support your business needs.

3. Confirm Your Package and Scope

If we agree that WiseLane is a good fit, your selected package, included services, monthly hours, communication expectations, and authorization boundaries are documented in the Client Scope of Work and applicable service agreement.

4. Complete Onboarding and Begin Support

After the required onboarding information, approvals, and access are received, support begins within the agreed scope. Progress updates are provided, and any additional work requires your prior approval.
